Symptoms
After upgrading from WLS 10.0 to WLS 12.1.1, the throughput when using Custom security providers and AuthorizationManager.isProtectedResource(Subject, Resource) method decreases.
The issue can be verified by collecting multiple thread dumps, we will see the following blocked threads in the thread dumps:
