Within the B2B Console the Digital Signature Dropdown Box Is Missing Values

Symptoms
When logged on to the B2B Console and choosing:
- Partner selected
- Channels
- HTTP protocol
- Security
the Digital Signature field is required but it is impossible to select any value from the drop down box. When trying to save, the following error occurs:
