Page Spinning in Browser and Oracle.webcenter.doclib.internal.spaces.DoclibCacheManager Errors (Doc ID 1497908.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 20, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Portal - Version 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.6.0 [Release 11g]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The pages in these spaces can contain default task flows such as Message Board, Activities Stream and Content Presenter and also custom task flows.
After a period of usage, users can no longer access a space. The specific space affected can be different at different times.

The pages cannot be accessed and the related Space cannot be edited. Page or space access seems to 'spin' in the browser.

This error stack is seen in the WebCenter Spaces diagnostic logs, for all attempts to access or edit the space.
