Error: Authentication Failed Intermitently. OID External Authenticator Java Plugin Enable. Hard Error On Read, OS Error = 110 (Doc ID 1498229.1)

Symptoms

1. Setup OID/AD DIP import synchronization. Once synchronized AD users from AD to OID, then user is provisioning from OID to EBS.

2. OID Java External authentication plug-in setup to authenticate with AD users password.

2. Two days ago users are not able to sign consistently.

3. They receive the error listed (OS error = 110):

4. After waiting a period of time like 2 minutes with several more attempts, then can sign on. Basically

it is like intermitent behavior.
