We used CSDT to export two sites each containing various Templates. Some of the Templates are shared with site A, some with site B, and some with both. In the exported data we can see the Template meta information correctly reflects this.
When using CSDT to import the exported data into a fresh CS, we have noticed that most of the Templates are incorrectly being shared with both sites.
For a particular Template that got shared to an incorrect site, if we subsequently update the modification date of that in the CSDT workspace and reimport just that Template, then its sharing is correctly set. It is just on the first "bulk" import that sharing is being set incorrectly.
