OID Bulkload Fails With *Error in loading data for "uniquemember" (Doc ID 1499838.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to bulkload into OID using the following syntax:

  ./bulkload connect="OIDDB" check=true generate=true restore=true file=<FILENAME>.ldif
  ./bulkload connect="OIDDB" load=true append=true

Bulkload errors with:

*Error in loading data for "uniquemember"
