Symptoms

When viewing connections, or members of a space, the silhouette image displays without a corresponding username.

There is no referential integrity between the policy store and the Identity Store. 

Basically related to the GUIDs being scattered throughout plenty of WebCenter base tables and the following scenarios:

1.  The LDAP server changes from A to B (GUID changes).
2.  There is a recreation of the user (GUID changes)
3.  Some other operation makes the GUIDs to change (like changing DIT)
