(Doc ID 1500435.1)
Last updated on SEPTEMBER 20, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 11.1.1.4.0 to 11.1.1.6.0 [Release 11g]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The Folders administration page shows the default value for Maximum Content Per Virtual Folder of 1000.
A folder contains a shortcut to another content item. This is the only item in the folder. The content item that the shortcut points to has over 1000 revisions.
When a user tries to check in another piece of content into the folder containing the shortcut, an error is displayed:
If the content item that is the shortcut is removed from the folder, then new content can be successfully checked in.
This happens in any folder if the folder contains a shortcut to an item containing many revisions.
