Service Guardian Doesn't Respect PriorityAggregator Settings (Doc ID 1500724.1)

Symptoms

In a Coherence 3.7.1.6 environment, running a PriorityAggregator the tangosol.coherence.guard.timeout setting takes precedence over the execution-timeout and request-timeout values set in the Priority Aggregator attributes. That seems not to be in sync with what is documented in the Chapter 29 Priority Tasks of the Oracle Coherence Developer's Guide
