OGG Monitor Shows An Extract ( Capture ) Process That Doesn't Exist In GGSCI (Doc ID 1500941.1)

Symptoms

Installed Oracle Goldengate Monitor v11.1.1.1.0 and have Oracle Goldengate v11.2.1.0.4 connected and displaying on Monitor web but Monitor is displaying a capture EXTRACT that doesn't display on GGSCI> info all:

Program     Status      Group       Lag at Chkpt  Time Since Chkpt
MANAGER     RUNNING
JAGENT        RUNNING


But Monitor shows a capture process <extract name1>
