RP/TUX Tuxedo LIBTUX_CAT:749 Message Occured Under High Load (Doc ID 1501198.1)

Symptoms

 Under high load, sometimes the Tuxedo bulletin board(also known as BB) shared memory unlock fails with this error in Tuxedo ulog:

085350.server!?proc.xxx.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:749: ERROR: Cannot unlock Bulletin Board, not the locker

It may BB lock is not atomic and potential bug of BB corruption.
