Check-in Confirmation Page Shows Fields Incorrectly When # Character in Titile (Doc ID 1501772.1)

Symptoms

After check out and on subsequent check in of a document, the confirmation page does not display the 'ContentID', 'Author' and 'Title' correctly if the title field contains a '#' character. Content ID is not displayed.  Title is displayed as 'Policy' instead of 'Policy# 7878T Claim# 435' and Author field is blank. Note that the Check-in Confirmation screen correctly displays all of these fields on the initial checkin and on Check In similar when the Title contains a '#' character.
