OIA 11.1.1.5.4A Post Upgrade Issues: Startup Errors (Doc ID 1501936.1)

Goal

When upgraded to OIA 11.1.1.5.4A, OIA is not starting up with various errors:

SEVERE: Job SYSTEM.Certification Reminder threw an unhandled Exception:
org.springframework.jdbc.BadSqlGrammarException: SqlMapClient operation; bad SQL grammar []; nested exception is com.ibatis.common.jdbc.exception.NestedSQLException:
--- The error occurred while applying a parameter map.
--- Check the getIDCEndPointsByCertification-InlineParameterMap.
--- Check the statement (query failed).
--- Cause: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "ENDPOINTS"."OWNER": invalid identifier

SEVERE: Error while executing Job.
org.springframework.jdbc.BadSqlGrammarException: SqlMapClient operation; bad SQL grammar []; nested exception is com.ibatis.common.jdbc.exception.NestedSQLException:
--- The error occurred in com/vaau/rbacx/dao/ibatis/maps/Role.xml.
--- The error occurred while applying a result map.
--- Check the Role.roleResult.
--- Check the result mapping for the 'roleDisplayName' property.
--- Cause: java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column name
