Can unused indices be deleted? (Doc ID 1501957.1)

Goal

There are unused indexes on our {asset type}_Mungo table, on the following columns:
(CS_ATTRID, FLOATVALUE, CS_OWNERID, CS_ISLEGAL)
(CS_ATTRID, INTVALUE, CS_OWNERID, CS_ISLEGAL)
(CS_ATTRID, BLOBVALUE, CS_OWNERID, CS_ISLEGAL)

Since the Oracle db reports these indexes as not being used, can they be removed from the system to free up space?
