"Verifying Installation" URL from Install Guide for Content Service for UCM for WCI Does Not Work, Throws HTTP 400 (Doc ID 1502557.1)

Symptoms

The instructions given in the section, 'Completing Installation of Oracle WebCenter Content Service for Oracle Universal Content Management', of the 'Oracle Fusion Middleware Installation Guide for Oracle WebCenter Interaction 10g Release (10.3.3.0.0) for Windows', state the following to verify the installation of the WebCenter Content Service for Oracle UCM:

"Complete the steps on the Content Service for UCM Installation Verification page. This page is located on your Oracle WebCenter Content Service for Oracle Universal Content Management host computer, at http://RemoteServer:port/ptucmcws/web/install/index.html."

When navigating to that URL, the page is not found and the following is displayed in the browser window:

"The webpage cannot be found. HTTP 400"
