Expanding the Tag Cloud Related Resources Content Added to a Page Fails with Internal Error, "Caught unexpected client exception. [[ javax.servlet.ServletException" (Doc ID 1502659.1)

Symptoms

In a Webcenter Spaces 11.1.1.4.0 and  11.1.1.5.0 environment there is an issue with adding the Tag Cloud Related Resources content to a page. Once the content is added to a page an error message is returned when the content is first minimized, and then maximized. The error message is

"Internal Error. If the error persists report the problem to your administrator."

 

Step 1: Add the Tag Cloud Related Resources content to a Spaces page.

 

Step 2: Minimize the content.

 

Step 3: Try to expand the content. The following message is displayed.

 

At the same time Webcenter Diagnostics logs show the following type of error:
