Symptoms

In customers' environment, extend proxy is running on two hosts (HostA & HostB, machines). They have killed the HostA and all connections were failed over to host B, which is good no issues there. But when they bring back the proxy on HostA again, the connections were not failing back or load balanced between HostA & HostB. After they started the process on that host the connections were not established from the client. Which causes the HostB doing most of the client requests. But, if all connections are going to the same server and if there is a very high GC then clients will get the time outs or client requests will hang until the request time outs. So, Is there any work around that we can be done to severe the existing connections and re-establish the connections after the server came back.
