Symptoms

The integrated extract report shows following errors

2012-10-24 16:12:53 ERROR OGG-02028 Failed to attach to logmining server OGG$EX1P258A error 26926 - ORA-26926:

Unable to attach because capture "OGG$CAP_EX1P258A" is missing dictionary redo logs.

or

2012-10-24 10:18:21 WARNING OGG-00658 Unable to open archive log <unknown>, Integrated Extract missing logfile <unknown>.
