When trying to apply the WLS 12.1.1.0.2 PSU on a system where FileCaching is set to OFF, customers report getting the following error:

The PSU tried to post a zero size payload to WebLogic Server through the Apache plug-in (v11.1.1.6).

Upgraded to OHS 11.1.1.6.0. Set FileCaching to OFF to apply 12.1.1.0.2. PSU
