Server Template Upload Through EMOC Failing In Exalogic 2.0.1.x.x

In Exalogic 126.96.36.199.0 Virtual Environment, an issue with uploading of the Server Template file (tgz or tar format) through EMOC is observed. The Server Templates are downloaded from Oracle® Software Delivery Cloud and are used for creating VMs after Exalogic Elastic Cloud Software (EECS) 188.8.131.52.0 Virtual release is installed.
In this case, the Oracle® Software Delivery Cloud Part Number was "V33449-01.zip" and Server Template file inside this zip file was "el_x2-2_base_linux_guest_vm_template_184.108.40.206.0_64.tgz".
The browsing options below were used in the EMOC console for uploading the Server Template file.
The upload of the Server Template file was failing with "The specified call count is not a number" error message. This issue was happening with all browsers: IE, Firefox, and Chrome. In some cases, the upload took forever showing the status as 100% but never completing.
