Goal

Qn1:We are trying to reset the device identification information to force every user again to register their device again with OAAM when they login with OAAM. Is there any procedure to do the same?
 
Qn2:If I open a case for a user in OAAM Admin, and choose Customer Resets then 'Customer (All)', will that reset all fingerprinted devices, registered or not?
