Severity of message catalog in Japanese has been changed from Tuxedo 11.1.1.2.0 
Prior to Tuxedo 11.1.1.1.0 , Severity is written in English for all Japanese catalog. For example, "INFO","WARN" and "ERROR"
After Tuxedo 11.1.1.2.0 , it written on Japanese. For example "情報","警告" and "エラー"
