Symptoms

iPlanet Web Server 7.0.15
Solaris 10 Sparc

Following an upgrade from any version of iPlanet Web Server prior to 7.0.15, redirects are no longer working.

The '&' characters in the query string is percent encoded into '&'.

This works as expected in iPlanet Web Server 7.0.14 and earlier versions.
