Symptoms

Unable to set Application Domain Session Idle Timeout (minutes)

Steps to reproduce the issue:
=========================
1.  Open a new browser session and access the OAM console. Login
2. Navigate to Policy Configuration -> Application Domains -> Domain X -> Summary Tab.

Session Idle Timeout (minutes)
Credential Validity Timeout (minutes)

3.  Update the Session Idle Timeout to some value, select apply
You see Application Domain, <NAME>, modified successfully

4. Now close the application domain, then open it again, the idle timeout field is blank.
