Monitor v11.1.1.1.0 is always using SMTP port 25 regardless of monitor.properties SMTP port value.

Symptoms

 We are using OGG Monitor v11.1.1.1.0 to track our OGG installs.  We have configured email alerts but are having issues when trying to configure email notification to use a non-standard port other than port 25.

Monitor is always using SMTP port 25 regardless of
monitor.properties SMTP port value.

With tracing enabled, the <monitor install>/tomcat/logs/catalina.out always shows it cannot connect to port 25:

org.springframework.mail.MailSendException: Mail server connection failed;
nested exception is javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP
host: zeus.us.oracle.com, port: 25;
  nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
