Symptoms

After adding many users to the Webcenter Interaction (WCI) Portal - and restarting ALBPM PTIDS Service and ALBPM engine to make these new users visible in the BPM processes - the BPM Portlets in Webcenter Interaction Portal are timing out.

Changes

 A large number of additional users was added to the WCI Portal.
