Symptoms
On WebCenter Portal Spaces 11.1.1.6 with Bundle Patch 3 (11.1.1.6.3), preview of PDF files in Spaces is NOT working properly.
The preview frame is only half the size of what it should be.
This happens in IE9 and Chrome, but working fine in Firefox.

Applied Bundle Patch 3 for WebCenter 11.1.1.6 (PS5).
