Symptoms
Custom Portal performs slowly when a single Enterprise (LDAP) group is assigned 2000 or more Application Roles.
The Application Roles are assigned in jazn-data.xml of the custom application to the Enterprise Role.
Steps to Reproduce
==================
1. Create a Custom Portal
2. Create 2000 or more Application Roles
3. Assign all the application roles to a single Enterprise Role (that maps to an LDAP user) in jazn-data.xml
4. Deploy the application to WLS
5. Perform a load test and notice that it performs poorly
