Receiving "ORA-01919: role 'CTXAPP' does not exist" Error When Running Oracle Upgrade Assistant on WCC Database (Doc ID 1505802.1)

Symptoms

While upgrading WebCenter Content database from 10g to 11g using the Database Upgrade Assistant, the following error is reported in the upgrade assistant logfile:
