CSDT Import Fails with Unique Constraint Error While Importing Template (Doc ID 1507009.1)

Symptoms

ContentServer Developer Tools (CSDT) import fails with a unique constraint error while importing a Template that already exists:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (CSDBUSER.I1230987654321) violated
at oracle.jdbc.dbaccess.DBError.throwSqlException(DBError.java:134)
