Folio "Edit" Icon Not Appearing In Browse View for FrameworkFolders (Doc ID 1507193.1)

Symptoms

Folio "edit" Icon appears in standard search results view, but does not appear when  browsing though in Folders with Framework folders. This Icon does appear as expected in Folders_g.
