Silent upgrade from 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.6.1 does not update fwadmin user for avisports sample site (Doc ID 1508026.1)

Symptoms

After performing a successful silent upgrade from 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.6.1 and logging in using fwadmin, the avisports sample site is not seen. When logging into Advanced UI for another site (e.g. FirstSiteII), the AviSports sample site does appear under the list of sites. Looking at the list of users for AviSports, shows a user has been created named "Variables.CSInstallAppName".
