Tuxedo SALT, SSL Certificate with 4096 bits not supported (Doc ID 1508097.1)

Symptoms

When using Root CA with 4096 bits we have the following error messages :
ERROR: Cannot load CA Certificate file.
ERROR: SSL library error: err_message.
