"ORA-06502: PL/SQL: Numeric Or Value Error" While Trying To View/edit User In The Portal (Doc ID 1508205.1)

Unable to edit newly bulkloaded users in Portal or OIDDAS.

In portal, the error "ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error" is thrown while trying to view/edit user.

In OIDDAS, search works but when attempting to edit, no attributes are displayed. Clicking apply after the edit option

throws a "500 Internal Server error".

Bulkloaded new users.
