Internet Explorer 75% Zoom Level Causes Menu Option Selections To Become Difficult Or Impossible

Symptoms
When using IE7 or IE8 and WebCenter Content (WCC) 11.1.1.5, if the browser zoom level is changed to something lower than 100% (e.g. 75%), then the following symptoms have been observed on different systems on the Change Profile dropdown menu:
- The menu disappears as soon as the mouse is used to hover over it, making the menu unusable.
- If it does not disappear, making a selection on the menu chooses a different option than the selected one.
Changes
The browser zoom level was changed to below 100%.
