"who -r" Command On Exalogic Environments Running With Solaris 11 Express Does Not Return Run Level Information

In Exalogic environments running with EECS versions 1.0.0.x.x versions and Solaris 11 Express operating system issue of "who -r" command not returning run level information is observed. "who -r" command is used by administrators to display the run-level of each user.
