Logs Are Being 'Flooded' With Retries To The Default eis/MQ/MQSeriesAdapter Queue (Doc ID 1509681.1)

Symptoms

Logs are being flooded with retries of MQ call to default queue, creating multiple entries per second, like this:

<< eis/MQ/MQAdapter > ResourceAllocationException thrown by resource adapter on call to ManagedConnectionFactory.createManagedConnection(): "BINDING.JCA-13001
Failed to connect to QueueManager.
Failed to connect to QueueManager.
[ManagedConnectionImpl] Error while connecting to QueueManager: "QM".
Refer WebSphere MQ Reference Manual for Reason Code 2,059 and fix the cause of the error. Contact oracle support if error is not fixable.
