WEM login redirect fails with HTTPS

When accessing the WEM UI via HTTPS, users are unable to get into the Advanced UI or any of the CS UI.
After logging in, users see CS forwarding them to an invalid URL that does not contain the hostname/port. For example: "https://cs/login"
