ManagedLinks Table Does Not Update DLkResourceType And DLkResource (Doc ID 1509718.1)

Symptoms

When a word document is checked into UCM, the managed links table is updated with links found in the document. This worked prior to update 6; the managed links table got updated and the dLkResource and dLkResourceType columns contained information. After update 6, they do not.
