WebCenter Wiki Editor Right-Click Link Context Menu Does Not Work (Doc ID 1510102.1)

Symptoms

After adding a link to a WebCenter Portal wiki document in document manager, you cannot edit the link by right clicking on it. 
If you right click on the link, a context menu appears with "Link" as an option. 
If you choose "Link", nothing happens - the menu goes away and you are not able to edit the link.
