WebCenter Content Session Times Out Frequently When ADF Application Is In Use With Error - Because Of Inactivity, Your Session Has Timed Out, No Longer Active (Doc ID 1510410.1)

You have a custom ADF application which uses the RIDC API to communicate with WebCenter Content (WCC). When the end-user is logged into the application and also WCC from the same browser, and swaps between the applications, then every few seconds, the session is timed out and the user has to login again. The error is:

Because of inactivity, your session has timed out, no longer active

If you open the application in a different browser then your WCC session does not time out.
