Creating A Connection From Imaging To SOA Fails With A "CredentialAccessPermissionContext..." Error (Doc ID 1510652.1)

Goal

Using Imaging 11.1.1.6.0, when setting up the workflow connection, you receive the following error during testing of the connection:

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (oracle.security.jps.services.credstore.CredentialAccessPermissioncontext=SYSTEM,mapName=oracle.wsm.security,keyName=<Credential Key Name>read)

Additionally, you see the following message in the IPM-Diagnostic log:
