Creating A Connection From Imaging To SOA Fails With A "CredentialAccessPermissionContext..." Error (Doc ID 1510652.1)

Using Imaging, when setting up the workflow connection, you receive the following error during testing of the connection: access denied (,,keyName=<Credential Key Name>read)

Additionally, you see the following message in the IPM-Diagnostic log:
