Performing any cache related actions in Portal like:

• Clearing cache for a page
• Adding, hiding deleting items on a page

Get an error like this:

Internal error (WWC-00006)
General invalidation message processing exception: An error occurred while closing the HTTP connection after receiving an error while getting the invalidation response from Web Cache: ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1389
ORA-29261: bad argument
ORA-29273: HTTP request failed

ORA-29259: end-of-input reached (WWC-40018)
