How Do You Determine The Available Obligations From An OES Instance In OEG? (Doc ID 1510929.1)

Goal

In Oracle Enterprise Gateway, the Oracle Entitlements Server 11g Authorization filter is being used to allow/deny access based on entitlement. 

In OEG, is there a way to get the list of obligations OES can return?  If this is not built into the filter, how can you get a list of these obligations?
