Symptoms

In WebCenter Spaces 11.1.1.5.4 renaming a Wiki page in a documents folder will cause the same to appear with the .htm extension in a WebCenter Spaces page where a Content Presenter points to the Document folder containing the wiki page. This occurs if the following Content Presenter templates are used: Accordion, Bulleted, Bulleted with Folder Label, Carousel, List with Details Panel, and Tabbed view.
