Information in this document applies to any platform.

Purpose

This article describes how to configure Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) 11g as the Directory Integration Platform (DIP) 11g backend store (directory).

Scope

Prerequisites -

A download of OUD, certified JDK, WebLogic Server (WLS), and Oracle Identity Management

Installation of OUD and WLS

* Information about OUD versions that are certified with specific versions of DIP within Oracle Identity Management 11g (ID&Access tab) -

* Information about JDK requirements for OUD depends on the OUD version and can be found in the Certification Matrix -

To Install the latest 11g version of DIP (which is packaged with OID) Download Patch 20995629: ORACLE IDENTITY MANAGEMENT 11G PATCH SET 7 (11.1.1.9.0)
This is a full installer or can be used to upgrade DIP.
