Inconsistent Pagination in Search Results for WebCenter Content: Records (Doc ID 1511177.1)

Symptoms

When a search is impelemented as a user with Role "Admin", the user sees results up to the number specified in MAXRESULTS, e.g. 400 pages on the WCCREC server.

This same search by a non-admin user yields a results page that states "page 1 of 2". However, the total items shown is around 5000, and the user can keep paging past page 2. Every new page increases the totals displayed by 1, e.g. "page 2 of 3", then "page 3 of 4", etc..
