Symptoms
Trying to edit a Role in Romanian language hangs or is showing a blank page.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Login to WebCenter.
2. Created a new space.
3. Navigate to "Manage Settings".
4. Change language to "Romanian".
5. Navigate to the "Role" tab.
6. Click on "Edit Privileges".
7. Notice WebCente is hanging.
