Purpose
Explain how to start and stop standalone OC4J 10.1.2 and 10.1.3, and what are the available options.
Scope
This note has instructions how to start, shutdown or restart the "standalone" version of OC4J 10.1.2 and 10.1.3. These instructions are not for use in OracleAS environment, because in AS Environment OC4J instances should be started, stopped and restarted through the Oracle Process Manager and its opmnctl commands.
