SOA 11g: Unable to Open Notification Twice in a Row

Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, Workflow Service Engine
Clicking on a notification link as a manager on Goal Approval Requests displays the (expected) pop-up the first time, however, subsequent attempts to repeat this results in a "No Details Available" message being displayed.
